Any sea turtle nest deposited in an area where construction is anticipated to occur will be relocated by trained personnel to other areas of the Fernandina Beach shoreline for protection until hatching occurs. This activity is closely regulated by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission as part of the project\u2019s permit terms and conditions.
